Job Title

  • Production Clerk (Shift 5pm-1:30am)

Key Accountabilities

Compiles and records production data to prepare records and reports on production volumes, consumption of raw material, quality control, and other aspects of production by performing the following duties.


  • Prepares reports including the following:
  • Waste Report
  • Waste Analysis report/Mechanical downtime comments.
  • KPI report
  • PCH reporting
  • Flour and Sugar usage logs
  • Maintains production picture specs.
  • Assist supervisors with temp labor and communication with staffing companies.
  • Reconcile temp labor timecards.
  • Updates on a weekly basis the vacation calendar.
  • Ensures that all information received is accurate and filled completely as required by company policy. Also follows up on missing information with supervisor.
  • Controls the supply cage and ensures that all production supplies needed are available.
  • Places orders for production supplies and controls the production budget for those supplies.
  • Works to maintain and improve on the quality, legality and safety of each product and the processes used in their manufacture. Responsible for keeping assigned work area clean and tidy at all times and reporting any contamination and suspicious activity to a Supervisor immediately.
  •  Assist with badge access for employees.
  • Gather KPI information and other requests from bakery director and production manager.
  • Adhere to GMP policy, and utilize all required PPE.
  • Other duties as required or assigned.


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Good communication skills, in English.
  • Ability to read and write in English, and use of basic math and time keeping.
  • Able to make logical decisions.
  • High degree of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Outlook.


Education, Technical Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Proficiency Level


  • High school diploma or GED and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Previous work history in a food manufacturing facility.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
