Key Accountabilities

The Production Lead is responsible for the assisting in the daily operation of the production line. As the Production Lead they will report to the the Production Supervisor and assist in staffing of the line, helping to resolve issues with the production equipment, ensuring  the Company’s and Customer’s food safety processes and procedures are followed, and that employees are following all company safety policies and procedures as well.   



  • 30% Assist the production supervisor with staffing of the line
  • 30% Help resolve issues with the production equipment
  • 10% Lead change overs when necessary
  • 10% Train new employees in the correct procedures for
  • 10% Ensure compliance with all company GMP’s and HACCP guideline
  • 5% Enforce company safety policies and procedures
  • 5% Verify that all forms and documents for the production process are filled out correctly


Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Previous food experience helpful
  • Basic math skills
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Safe work habits
  • Frequent bending reaching, twisting, turning, and climbing
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Ability to train and lead others
