As part of our continuous growth, a newly created position has become available for a driven, self-motivated and results orientated Key Account Executive to join our National Accounts team based in Grange Castle, Clondalkin.


The Role: 

Reporting to the National Account Controller your will have responsibility for management of designated customer base including Customer Relationships, account administration, forecasting, new product introductions, promotions, pricing and day-to-day customer account management.
In this varied role you will co-ordinate and integrate all relevant functions involved in managing the designated customer base, to ensure successful delivery of business strategic plans for both the customer and ARYZTA.

Main Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Key contact for day-to-day enquiries (internal & external) and proactively working with the cross functional teams to remedy any issues that may arise;   
  • Build a strong working relationship with customers including buyers, supply chain & store operations;
  • Commercial & product presentations to the customer when required;
  • Support store execution of all ARYZTA product ranges;
  • Liaise with key store operation colleagues on product & brand performance, delivering feedback on how best placed Aryzta products are positioned in-store;
  • Build comprehensive product knowledge of ARYZTA & competitors across the ISB markets;
  • Full ongoing analysis of customers performance utilising both ARYZTA & customer data;
  • Provide accurate & timely sales forecasts and analysis to the business across all customers;
  • Full responsibility for accurate account administration conducted in a timely fashion.


To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Previous experience in Account Management ideally in the food or FMCG industries;
  • A high level of customer focus and exceptional relationship building skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills with the ability to communicate strategies at all levels;
  • Strong commercial awareness and market knowledge;
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with demonstrated ability to make commercial recommendations from data;
  • Outstanding collaborative approach, providing positive and enthusiastic interactions with colleagues and customers; 
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP applications will be advantageous;
  • Current driver’s license;
  • Familiarity with our business, particularly with the Cuisine de France brand model will be highly regarded.
